THIS IS A STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL ON HOW TO PROPERLY COMMISSION ME. REFERENCE THIS WHEN CONSIDERING A COMMISSION.

(1.) The first step to every commission is having a relatively clear idea of what you want in terms of a commission. This can be in the form of an image, text, or any other medium that can be described. This will help me, the artist, understand your vision and help me create something that is to your satisfaction.

(2.) The next step is to understand what I, as an artist, can and will/will not do.

You can do this by heading to my TOS !!, as well as my MY WORK pages. These give you a good idea of what I as an artist am comfortable drawing for you, as a commissioner.

(3.) After, consider your pricing range, as well as your options.

You can evaluate this by heading over to my COMMISSION INFO !! tab, which gives you a full rundown on everything I offer, as well as prices. This tab is designed to be easy to read and
follow along with, going from cheapest, to most expensive, as well
as extras offered.

(4.) Finally, contact me.

Once you gather all of the information you need to properly commission me, reach out to me!! You can contact me on Discord as well as Instagram (See homepage for the @'s), and let me know you would like a commission. I will ask for necessary info, and if my commissions are open, and I am comfortable with your request, I will accept, and start working on it as soon as I can within a timely manner.

WHEN COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS LISTED BELOW.

PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED THROUGH PAYPAL OR ZELLE!! I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT !!

NOTE: all payments are to be converted to US dollars if you use another form of currency

★ BEFORE any work is done, I require full payment of the commission.
[ PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE, BUT LIMITED !! ]

★ 30% of your total is kept as a deposit in case of a refund.

★ SENDING payment is an agreement to the terms laid out.

★ REFUNDS ARE A CASE-TO-CASE SCENARIO. If you feel the need to refund your commission, you may only do so once the drawing is complete, and payment is given. The deposit required is NON-REFUNDABLE.

★ IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE TOS or my rules and boundaries are not honored and/or respected, I have the right to cancel your commission with little to no compensation.

★ PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH ME. My artwork is a process, and takes many “layers” in order for me to complete a commission. Commissions are a priority for me, as I enjoy creating art, however I still have responsibilities outside of commissions.
[ YOU WILL BE UPDATED IF YOUR COMMISSION IS DELAYED FOR ANY REASON. ]

★ WIPs AND UPDATES WILL BE GIVEN AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. Within the sketching stage, you may change how the drawing looks to fit your image. Once the sketch is complete and I begin lining/painting, you may only change the coloration without an additional fee.

★ IF YOU REQUEST ANY NSFW I legally require proof of age. This may be given in the form of any legal document that clearly states your date of birth. You may block out any other personal information, I only require a legal name and birthdate to verify your age.
THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE

★ IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED THE ARTWORK OR DO NOT OWN THE OC'S IN THE ARTWORK, YOU MAY NOT USE THE ARTWORK IN ANY FORM.

This includes, but is not limited to: Kinning, RPing, referencing, self-promotion, and any other kind of interaction that may occur with artwork that is not commissioned by you, that I create.

★Artist holds the right of venue selection and choice of arbitration under all circumstances if a conflict were to arise between any and all parties.
★This is not work for hire; I, as the artist, hold every right to any produced drawing, not the commissioner.
★If you break copyright infringement in any way possible, every right originally belonging to you will be revoked/redacted.

IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOUR REQUEST IS WITHIN WHAT I WILL DRAW, PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME

★ I, AS THE
ARTIST MAY:

A.) Decline any commission under certain circumstances.
B.) Use the images I create to promote myself
C.) Refuse any changes requested under certain circumstances.

★ YOU, AS THE
COMMISSIONER MAY:

A.) Use the artwork in any non-profitable way.
B.) Post the artwork anywhere with credit back to STAR (stellarnautica)
C.) Not alter the image in ANY way other than cropping.

I WILL DRAW:

Furries, humans, humanoids (Half human, half animal), ferals, mechas (Design dependant), sfw content, NSFW content (PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED), gore & violence

I WILL NOT DRAW:

Domestic abuse, other hateful images (Scene dependent), rape/any form of sexual assault, OC's that do NOT belong to the commissioner or are not from a popular media, any other topics/scenes related to the list above.
